You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Websites.
These Terms, together with any policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and AgeClass regarding the Websites and supersede any prior agreements or understandings on that subject.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. No waiver will be deemed a waiver of any other term or of the same term at any other time.
