It’s built for Vancouver businesses with a story to tell: local shops, service providers, makers, hospitality brands, and founders. We’ll confirm the scope and location fit before you sign or pay.
Do I need to know what to say?
No. Strategic scripting and shot planning are included. We’ll help organize your ideas and guide the conversation during filming.
How do booking and payment work?
Start by choosing a video meet-and-greet slot below. We discuss your Vancouver business, confirm the scope and shoot date, then send your agreement and collect the $500 CAD initial payment. The remaining $500 CAD is due after approval and before final files are released. Production dates are confirmed after signing and payment.
When will I receive the videos?
First drafts are due within 10 business days after filming and receiving your materials. Final edits are due within five business days of consolidated final feedback, subject to approval and payment. Agreed exceptions are recorded in your contract.
Can I request changes?
Yes. One consolidated revision round across all 10 videos is included within the approved brief. Additional changes or a new direction are quoted before work begins. Corrections needed to meet the agreed scope are not charged as revisions.
Can I use the videos in paid ads?
The package includes use on your business website, organic social posts, and paid social ads, subject to agreed third-party licensing restrictions. Tell us where you plan to publish before production so we can select suitable music.
What if I need to reschedule?
Give at least three business days’ notice and you can move the shoot once without an administrative fee, subject to availability. Approved, nonrecoverable third-party costs may still apply. Full cancellation and rescheduling terms are in the client agreement sent before booking.
Will you post the videos for me?
You receive ready-to-post files. Publishing, ad management, media spend, raw footage, and extra shoots are not included. We can discuss additional work separately. Views, leads, and sales are not guaranteed.
